Clearly Loa must want another lump to match. Even if the person happens to be cursed, it’s probably not wise to give someone who beat you like Thomas Hearns did Martin Lawrence a hard time ( google the pictures ).
The nose in black (not to mention that lump in the forehead) seems like a pretty good indicator that Loa’s face is not partly skull – and most probably using facepaint, not a mask, i guess.
