Nothing keeps an organization of super powered individuals in order quite like a competent leader who isn’t afraid to challenge their world view. Proper task delegation and trust go a long way as well. It’s clear to see how the admiral got her rank. While most captains are masters of small unit tactics She is awesome at taking in the big picture.
I still don’t like this woman. Sure, she said she was wrong about Salvadora, but she’s talking about the poor girl like a weapon to be reverse-engineered. It’s giving all the bad vibes and I’m not enjoying it.
Okay, this is me but this doesn’t sound like it’s going to be to Sal’s advantage. AA is just trying to use her as a key to take down her rogue kid sister and doesn’t care if she permanently depowers Carmen in the process.
While it hasn’t been explicitly stated, Finch maintains a working relationship with THICC despite not being a member of the organization directly. It’s why she brought MR’s gauntlet pieces to them and why she’s always around if Sal is doing anything that happens to be THICC adjacent, since Sal isn’t connected to it at all. That and AA just has a commanding presence. It comes with the territory.
Way to ruin your image, Admiral Awful. If the comic wasn’t dead as a doornail, I feel like AA is just asking for a crossover picket line from the PS238 to show up and protest her “flying brick” bias there. Julie “84” Finster has the FISS community organized and they sure as hell aren’t putting up with being talked about like second-class superheroes anymore. When a seven-year old girl could teach you a few things about being a hero and a better human being your cred is dead, lady.

Hang on, how can AA even give Finch orders? Finch isn’t a member of T.H.I.C.C. — she turned down their membership offer, remember? See here: https://salvadoracomic.com/comic/tumultuous-test-8/
You are correct.
