Omg. OMG! OH MY GOD!!! I’m hoping that this isn’t taken the wrong way nor am I going to say that is my fetish, but I absolutely love everything about Carmen and especially Salvadora as our heroine. WOO HOO HOO!
To cut down the eww factor, I’m just going to tell myself that alien super suits have a self-cleaning feature.
IIRC, American soldiers were initially told that the M-16 is self cleaning and then they got all gunked up and jammed and stuff.
That was a bit of a mis-communication. The gas tube is self-cleaning, but the rest of the rifle does require regular cleaning.
Maybe I have too optimistic a mindset, but I just assumed she took it in the shower with her and washed it by hand.
Carmen’s lowkey tanking her likeability. I still haven’t gotten over the absolutely traumatic reveal that she’s a mayo eater * shutters, cringes *. Now, I find out she’s got questionable hygiene. Yeah, probably won’t happen considering the tone of Salvadora, but my money’s on Carmen to be the character that turns out to be the evil superpowered despot if the creators do a dark future storyline for the comic….

C’mon guys! It’s the same thing that when Michael Jordan asked the looney toons to get him his lucky shorts that he’s been using since college. I’m sure that Carmen washes her suit constantly. Just look how much it shrunk! Unless Sal has been eating too much mayo since her SH career started…
